We can customize the cabin height and size according to your height and body type to give you the best gaming experience.

If you’d like to add some personality to your racing simulator, we can offer color customization services.

Product manufacturing and shipping both take time. If you purchase our product, we will manufacture and ship it to you as soon as possible. The production and shipping time is approximately six weeks.

We offer a 3-year warranty on your racing simulator, covering all repair costs for non-human-caused damage. Our simulators are generally very robust and difficult to damage. We also provide permanent and free software debugging to ensure your gaming experience.

The product you purchased does not include a monitor, steering wheel set, audio system, or computer. If you do not have these, we can assist you in selecting them, and these will need to be purchased according to your budget.
Return & Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty upon arrival
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
High-Value Item Policy
Request photo and video evidence of any reported damage.
Require the product to be returned for inspection before approving any refund or replacement.
Decline refund requests if there is sufficient suspicion of fraudulent activity, such as multiple refund requests from similar IP addresses or identities.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unactivated, and in new or like-new condition.
The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect confirmed by our support team.Returns and refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
The request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
The product has been used, activated, or is no longer in new condition (unless due to a verified manufacturing defect).
Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
The product shows signs of unauthorized disassembly, modification, or misuse.
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, high impact).
Product serial numbers, labels, or waterproof seals have been altered or tampered with.
No valid proof of purchase is provided or the document is suspected to be falsified.
The product is not returned within 14 calendar days of receiving return confirmation from in Magic Racing.
